I am, Spiros, a Product Manager working in the tech industry who, as many in the world, is getting increasingly interested in Climate Change and the ways to solve that. Once, I saw a video of a Direct Air Capture plant and, as a former software engineer who loves things that (can) scale, I got hooked.

In the process I got more involved in projects, online courses and bootcamps, like the excellent one provided by Airminers, so I got to find out about the more diverse options we have on removing Carbon Dioxide, such as Biochar, BECCS, Algae, Soil Carbon and more.

Carbon Capture Explained is my effort to document my learning journey and hopefully help other folks, who are coming from the tech industry like me, to learn about this fascinating nascent industry.
